The project involves the renovation of an existing building previously used as a residence, for the realization of a new 4 stars hotel, renovated in the quality of spaces and the management mode. The new concept provides for the combination of a mini-residence with 16 apartments and a 101-room hotel. The project is primarily aimed at obtaining a new internal layout, replacing the existing mini-apartments with the rooms; all the MEP system is new. On the ground floor, the new lobby with lounge bar opens towards the city, choosing to give greater transparency to the front entrance; completely renovated are also the breakfast room and kitchen on the first floor.
