The building complex in via Lorenzini 8-10-12, consists of three lots - Lorenzini 8, Lorenzini 10 and Lorenzini 12, and counts of 4 buildings in total, divided as detailed below: - Lorenzini 8 consists of 2 buildings; - Lorenzini 10 consists of 1 building; - Lorenzini 12 consist of 1 building which also includes an underground car park. A complete demolition and reconstruction of Lorenzini 8, conservative renovation for Lorenzini 10 and extraordinary maintenance for Lorenzini 12 are planned with the aim of creating a world-class office hub with landscaped areas and flexibility to integrate spaces on the ground floor. The Project addresses issues such as technologies, flexible spaces and sustainability as fundamental elements of development, in particular the energy efficiency of buildings through the use of passive design solutions to minimize energy needs. The design and construction of the complex will achieve voluntary certifications LEED Gold level, WELL building standard Silver level, use of materials and Cradle-to-Cradle certified product.
Lorenzini 8 will houses the headquarters of fashion brands Marni and Jil Sanders.
