The renovation intervention project involves replacing the existing façade, raising two new floors (20 floors in total), and building a new multipurpose building in the area ahead. The complex also allows the reorganization of the exterior with a well-groomed landscaping that cuts the area of the tower with the strong passage of C.so Como. The climatization systems are made up of radiant ceilings powered by heat pumps that also use water-water heat exchangers from the geothermal source (wells). High density areas will be equipped with all-air systems.  Building B consists of 8 floors above ground of offices and two basement floors (1 basement of offices and 1 storage/archives/meters) for a total of 6,000 square meters. The building is currently occupied and environmental comfort is guaranteed even during the redevelopment works. Bypass systems are provided so that there are no discontinuities in the change of the central units that could create significant discomfort.
